Focaccia - We are topping our flat, 100% Whole Wheat rounds with olive oil, herbs, fresh veggies and cheese to create savory creations like Pesto Portobello and Asiago Tomato Focaccia. Brush the top and bottom with olive oil and heat it on the grill for a snack or as a meal with a fresh, tossed salad. Each day in July we’re baking a different Focaccia so check the schedule for your favorite.
